i fly ai between india - london a few times a year & their business class product was pretty basic pre-covid so i would not expect anything great right now....
a friend flew lhr-bom on ai in june....he said service was very basic & they did not serve any hot food....pillow & blankets were provided only for people in business class but he carried his own....you had to have your mask on at all times during the flight unless you were eating....
