It says on both its English and Chinese page that they have broadband internet, free of charge. Room cleaning too, but don't know if it's everyday for those renting by month. That you have to ask.

The location is excellent. Close to everything. From what I gather, this property is located within an older multi-use highrise building (and probably quite ugly on the outside, or else they'd have shown you exterior photos). "21 floors" mean there are 21 floors in the building, but they might only occupy the bottom floor or a few in the top, or anything in between. You may want to ask about that too. But regardless, you'll not have a view.
