Air Sinai, a subsidiary of EgyptAir, also flies CAI-TLV (or at least it used to, you may want to double-check). You're unlikely to be able to pull this flight up on any normal reservations system though, so I'd recommend you get in touch with an Egyptian travel agency. Don't expect any discount rates either.
