My advice would be its booked through Amex and they did the rebooking, call them. If they need BA assistance they call trade support. Calling BA direct you would get referred back to Amex as they are your travel agent and have ownership of the booking.
Thanks I will try that tomorrow but my guess is that they will tell me its with baggage which is what the receipt says since thats what's on their system
