Hi I didn't find a thread with this particular problem.
I originally booked a short haul economy flight to Hamburg through Amex Travel and selected the fare option with baggage. When I checked the booking on MMB at the time it showed the correct luggage allowance i.e. 1 bag - 23kg which should give me 2 bags since I'm Silver.
BA then cancelled the inbound flight and Amex rebooked me on a BA flight a few days prior to the original travel date. My Amex receipt for the revised booking still shows that it includes luggage but now it shows up on MMB as a hand baggage only fare. I don't want to have to have a discussion with the check-in staff at 5:30 am over whether I need to pay for 2 bags and at the moment BA aren't taking calls that don't involve changing reservations etc. Should I be worried about this?

My advice would be its booked through Amex and they did the rebooking, call them. If they need BA assistance they call trade support. Calling BA direct you would get referred back to Amex as they are your travel agent and have ownership of the booking.
