There really aren't any 'best seats' on this aircraft. It's about finding the one that's the least bad. F is sort of a toss up, because either you're in the bulkhead or the row right against the Y cabin, not really a fan of either.
In the back I flew in row 8 one time going ATL-CLT and I survived for the ~55 minutes.
