Don't bank on Aeroflot to begin flying to any other destinations besides London and Turkey, until the Russian government opens those countries for travel officially. SU has been operating some irregular "evacuation/repatriation" flights from the US (one left LAX recently) and you can buy a seat on it on the SU's site or on the Russian embassy site (from what I have heard).

If you are a Russian national, you don't need to have a test for entry - hence why Gosuslugi questionnaire is only in Russian. Otherwise, you will need this test to board the plane, from what I have heard. My mom is flying from London to Moscow on SU on Saturday and that's the information we have on hand so far.
