How you read my posts is one thing but as a former police officer, I can tell you with certainty that I am not wrong. IF you would care to point out what you believe the right thing is with case law, I would be happy to recant.
1. A police officer peace cannot be disturbed.
2. Whether or not you are abiding by the law if a policeman tells you that you are under arrest and you dont comply, you will be charged with resisting arrest.
Whether it stands up in court is another matter.
