i been getting B1G1F vouchers for a few years now (AMEX card with VA , now mastercard)..
I use these for our Vegas / LA flights...., with prem return leg....

Talking with the agent, i was saying straight up econ , and said if she could check after about the return leg.....

Just read that link, crikey, gonna have my work cut out there! especially as it takes over 1hr to get through to someone on flying club on the phone, and the txt service is a joke!
However, they answered the phone within 10 mins on the virgin holidays line!
Tickets i am trying to book are £0.00 value + tax/fee cost per person (average £298pp) , not revenue seats.
