What is the number for call in? Maybe I'm missing the obvious, but I do not see any number on the website. The 800-253-9377 number now simply says that phone support is no longer available and to use the in-app messaging. I already tried Twitter the first time around, and they gave the exact same boilerplate answer as the CSR.
If it wasn't $60, this would be absolutely comical how bad the support is.
In-app support responded today. They said that they can't help outside of 7 days and that I should have messaged them earlier. I responded that I did ask for help and the CSRs did not address my actual problem, which led to the credit card chargeback. I also asked if UberEats was effectively saying I could never use the app again unless I paid for their mistake. The latest doosie of a message said that they "highly appreciated" my feedback, and that I should feel free to rate the driver or restaurant in the app. And then it thanked me for being a Gold user.
