That is not entirely correct. Intra-island flights would still run all be it reduced. You would be required to quarantine for two weeks upon arrival at your destination island. Currently this is the case OUT of Oahu/HNL (as of yesterday). However, if you are arriving from the main land and then taking an intra-island flight to your destination island it really doesn't matter as you have to quarantine at your destination no matter what.
