So funny enough, rideshare appears to be fine. I just opened the app, and it does not show any issue. However, the UberEats app will not allow me to place an order unless I pay the chargeback amount. It has now been 23 hours since my in-app message to UberEats support, and I have not received any reply.
They were pretty quick to respond via Twitter...there's also a number you can call
