Wow - that does sound like a big problem. I assume that your account covers both Uber Eats and ridesharing. From what you describe, if you have an issue with Eats that you can't resolve through normal channels and choose to do a chargeback, you find yourself locked out of ridesharing.
So funny enough, rideshare appears to be fine. I just opened the app, and it does not show any issue. However, the UberEats app will not allow me to place an order unless I pay the chargeback amount. It has now been 23 hours since my in-app message to UberEats support, and I have not received any reply.
