Just checked in for a few nights stay under a Prive’ booking as a Globalist.
Was notified by our Prive’ agent a few weeks prior to check in that we had been upgraded to a Standard Suite, noticed yesterday it had changed in the app to reflect that upgrade.
A couple things to note for people considering a stay here.
Only the Seaport Tower is Open to Guests, and only certain floors are being used. So they are limiting capacity for the time being.
All Dining Outlets are closed with the exception of takeout from Market One. Other guests have told us they’re eating at Kansas City BBQ just across their street for a dining option. Grand Club is closed, but that’s a given I don’t know of a single Club Lounge open now anywhere in the world.
The pool hours have scaled back they are now 8am-8pm and the family pool is the only one open.
All on property recreation, with the exception of the pool, is closed.
As part of the resort fee (waived or not) you get -
Other than that the property looked severely empty in comparison to our last stay in early March, but that’s most properties these days.
Not saying any of these things are good or bad just providing datapoints for people looking to stay at this property. I’ll post more on Breakfast quality and stay quality after check out.
The only major downside is the common areas of the hotel are all very humid, non-air conditioned so getting from your room to outside and vice versa can work up a sweat.
