The Hilton Waikoloa Village resort on Hawaii does provide all-inclusive packages a few times a year. For a flat per guest rate, it includes room and related fees like parking, breakfast and dinner daily, and all the drinks throughout the day, excluding top-shelf liquors and non-house wines. If you stay on the resort grounds throughout your stay, it becomes a deal....especially if you're sucking down poolside pina colodas that would typically run $15/each. But if you leave the resort, even for a single dinner, it doesn't make financial sense.
The GM who started it in Waikoloa is now the GM in Honolulu at the Hilton Hawaiian Village resort and it wouldn't surprise me if she offered the same there.
