We have not been doing any traveling this year (Covid, le sigh), but as we eased our way out of LHW last year and moved into Virtuoso, we could not have been more pleased with our decision. Virtuoso has a good choice of hotels in the cities we travel to. The ease of making reservations through them has been fabulous, and the amenities (automatic upgrade, breakfast included, water in the room, all sorts of delicious goodies and spa amenities and/or a gift certificate to spend in the hotel waiting for us when we arrive in the room) are exactly what we like.

There is one LHW hotel that we intend to return to fairly regularly (if travel from the US to Europe ever resumes). If it is a Virtuoso property, we will make reservations through them. If it is not, we will make reservations on our own. There is simply no point in renewing our Leaders' Club membership. Virtuoso has been everything LHW Leaders' Club should have been, and more.
