It's official now: I'm a SkyMiles member, so I signed in and booked a tentative reservation and found the SkyMiles accrual info:


Why is it not showing any MQDs? The ticket total price is US$818.29. (Fare is $718.00 with taxes/fees of $100.29.) Aren't those $700+ worthy of any MQD credit? Oh, wait. It just dawned on me that since I'm enrolled as a non-US resident, I don't need to contend with MQDs...
