congrats on having made it through COVID.

I guess you are aware that having caught COVID does not give you immunity. Antibody levels vary greatly patient to patient, and like any virus there are different strains on circulation, and you cannot assume any antibodies you might our might not have will cope with a different strain that didn't infect you previously.

The current military government in Thailand seems to be very risk averse, I also doubt borders will be widely open in 2020, if anything they might open a couple of the islands but even that is a might.
