BA have just cancelled the return leg of my flights. I now don't want to travel. Outbound leg is tomorrow morning. When I go to manage bookings it seems just to offer options to get a voucher, which I don't want, or to change, also not wanted. I want a refund instead. How do I arrange this please? Am concerned I'll lose any ability to do anything once outbound flight takes off tomorrow and I'm a no show. Thank you.
You have years to claim the refund, but as you say... the flight is cancelled, so you are entitled to a full
cash refund.
