About Keraton, they don't have any availability up to July 2021.

And for RC Kuningan, I don't think they have very good management.

I frequently stay there and I could say the staff service level is vary greatly between staff.
Some are attentive and friendly, and yet the rest are busy chatting among themself.

And they quite stingy with the upgrade for elites
