How far can a a321neo fly?
The A321neo carries up to 240 passengers, with a maximum range of 4,000 nmi (7,400 km; 4,600 mi) for the long-range version when carrying no more than 206 passengers.

TAP may be a bit of a basket case, but i'm betting they schedule aircraft with sufficient range to fly a route: maybe even with a little bit of puff left over for diversions.
