Regarding checking in early. I never have any expectations of early check in so that I was not concnerned with at all.

Another thing were the hospitality could of been better. My girlfriend stood in line for 15 mins waiting for a smoothie when she finally got to the counter at 6:02 the lady went to make it, looked at her clock and said sorry we close at 6. I mean I understand the rules, but that’s just not something I expect at a $1500 a night hotel. That really just rubbed me the wrong way. I feel like most other places will just make it for you. And the smoothie was inconsistent depending on who makes it. They weren’t actually what I was expecting. Now the smoothie class, they were amazing and delicious. The instructor was also really cool and I recommended he teach the staff how to make them. He said he would after things get squared away. He said he did not know much about what’s being served as he’s trying to focus 100% on his classes and I 100% agree he does a great job.
thanks for the review! Wondering for activities like hiking and biking, do you need a reservation, or can just do whenever (assuming no guide needed)? Thanks!
