People moan a lot over at the BA forum, but they have no idea how lucky they are. I tend to avoid SK if there are other full service carriers for a number of reasons, and I would rather take a stop than spend five hours on their nonstop services to the Canaries for instance. To be fair, I’ve never experienced bad irrops handling by them but still their product leaves a lot to be desired.
