Just finishing up a stay here. From a customer service perspective, the hotel is great: I booked with a 35k cert before the category change and had to change dates due to covid. The hotel changed my reservation no questions asked (though this change rendered OLCI / the chat function useless in the app). On the morning after arrival I decided to change from points to breakfast (restaurant isn't open but the cafe is open and serving some hot items from the restaurant, so the benefit is 1 food + 1 drink item / person to a max of $60. The most you could spend under those constraints is $48), and they did it no questions asked. I was staying with another platinum member, and we both got upgraded to tower corner rooms on the same floor.
During covid, there are no coffee makers in the room (but they brought one up to my room when I asked), and the restaurant is closed for breakfast (see above). Everyone I saw was wearing a mask.
