Don't use any of the data that UA now provides under your activity page - all of those numbers are simply them trying to get you to pay more.

If you want to know how many BIS miles that UA will give you for any given leg, probably easiest to search on the timetable page (https://www.united.com/web/en-US/app...e/default.aspx) to search and pull the specific number of BIS miles - this is EWR-LHR for instance:
