The 423 bus is running on the normal timetable, and the bus stop is just outside the hotel. That's free and you can use the TfL website to see how far off the next bus is. The Hoppas are also running on an hourly basis but I'm never going to recommend them. If it's a nice day you could walk, it is almost exactly 1 mile (though there is a short bridge that pedestrians aren't supposed to use).
c-w-s thank you for the heads up on the pods not running. I just called up about my pod booking for next weekend, and they've moved us into short stay for free as the pod parking won't be open next week either. Anyone travelling next weekend with a pod booking should get a call over the weekend to advise them.
