Are you saying people's accounts online where it shows "expiring" weren't accurate, and all of a sudden even though it showed not expiring the points were gone?
Well, I checked and lo and behold my Premier points are expiring. So I was wrong. I changed my Premier card to a costco card (conversion literally takes months)
