Maximum time by which you can move a flight

I have a couple of flights which I was meant to take in March 2020. One is an outbound and return, as yet unflown. One is a return, the outbound of which has been flown. Both flights were cancelled due to Covid and I moved them a few months forward. The flights were cancelled again and I moved them to Jan 2021 and Feb 2021. They've just been cancelled again. Is there some rule to say I can't move them to more than 365 days from either the original booking or the first outbound (in the case of a return or something)? Or is it 365 days from now? I'd quite like to move them to (e.g.) May/Jun 2021. They were both extremely good price first class transatlantic flights so I would rather not just have the money back and rebook (even at current prices).
