see 2.1.a for base points (10x or 5x depending on the property type) and 4.3.c.i for the Plat bonus (50%).

So at most properties $1300 spend would earn 10x = 13k base points and 50% of that or 6500 for the Plat bonus for 19,500. This would be true for any Platinum member even w/o the credit card. For a CC member add in the extra points from the CC calculation above.
