One thing I have noticed is it does seem that BA have dropped the price of a lot of the Europe POUGs recently, which I would guess is to try and raise cash flow. What surprises me though is they aren't actively mailing you when it's available on your booking, as I'm sure the majority of travelers seldom log into their bookings before check in.
