Only just created a TAP account yesterday as part of the status match offer from BA Silver. I was trying to fill out my account profile, including my passport information. However, it won't accept my French passport number as it contains letters (as do all French passports to my knowledge) and the field only accepts numbers? Anybody with experience of the same thing?
