What amuses me is on most of the network they'd refer to them as Tablets, but only on the Hawaii flights I took, they were exclusively called Movie Machines.

On a more cynical note, what're the odds that AS and other airlines will permanently forego all catering beyond bottled water at boarding desk as a means to minimize costs and contact? A flight's true purpose is to get you somewhere quickly and safely, so any extra service, free or paid, beyond a seat and a safety demo is basically unnecessary.
