So, it looks like Bird and Bone has been gone since March.
I thought the food was one of the best things about this place, other than the cat 4 rating which makes pt redemptions very attractive. Looks like he was fired due to 'poor performance' and he suing for 'breach of contract'. I was looking forward to returning maybe winter break (if the FL Covid cases go down) and getting some Chef Hales chicken and waffles
Also, what are they doing for a globalist breakfast ?!?
(though, I will admit the service of the restaurant was very bad 2 out of 3 times I ate there).
I thought the breakfast was really good, and way better than after my first stay, when the breakfast buffet was pretty "minimalistic". luckily, as a Globalist the 100$/room/day was allowing to order from the menu. But honestly speaking, it's no big deal to provide a good breakfast.
Other than that, food at the restaurant was nothing really special I thought. The chicken (drumsticks?) I admit were very tasty. Else, pretty much standard. Surprised the contract termination made it to the local news. Hyatt must have had their valid reasons in my view. it's not that I'll miss this restaurant on my next stay.
