As I mentioned previously, the location by my house most definitely handed the terminal out. YMMV on others, though.

Considering that QFC apparently has contactless now, I suspect the gas stations will get contactless inside eventually. I'm not so sure about outside, however (for instance, Vons Fuel here still doesn't have contactless readers outside despite reports of at least one other Safeway-owned station getting them).
