Chase does not want us any more. ....
Even with the Club card it took multiple tries for some -- seems the email / messaging agents are less likely to provide the rebate --- try calling, I had success with the Club card on the phone (post in less than a week) after a decline by the secure messaging system.
The whole response by Chase is odd -- they must be locked in an inflexible deal with UA or figure the card providers can get away with this -- have not heard of discounts with other cards.
