I'm curious as to how many nights you were there and was it over a weekend? We're intentionally going mid week in the hopes it will be less crowded. However, I am still anticipating the kinks you mentioned with regard to service and dining. I am only Explorist and not expecting that to be recognized but it would be nice to have a 2pm checkout. Can you comment on your room or suggest a location that is worth requesting within the complex? Appreciate your help and hoping I can help others after our stay.
