Clicking multi pages into the AC website I see this: For bookings cancelled prior to June 1, 2020 and for travel after March 1, 2020, you can now access our new cancellation options.
It doesn't give any more details on how to do this. Nothing is in My Bookings anymore, and if I search by the original PNR it's not found.
Did this back in early June canceled an existing credit to a gift card.... Was supposed to take 4 weeks... still haven't got anything.
