Did either of you pay £120,000 entrance fee for training for your careers? Don't forget that a lot of young pilots now have this and are repaying it long into their careers.
One of my staff is a fairly recent graduate from a middle rank university. He has student debt of over £60k and salary of £25k and he is one of the highest paid of their peers.
Pilots would seem to have it good.
