I may have missed it, but how does someone go about converting an existing credit into a Gift Card.

Clicking multi pages into the AC website I see this: For bookings cancelled prior to June 1, 2020 and for travel after March 1, 2020, you can now access our new cancellation options.

It doesn't give any more details on how to do this. Nothing is in My Bookings anymore, and if I search by the original PNR it's not found.
