Data point for Citi Premier.
Have had the card since 2015. Don't really spend much, although since they boosted dining and grocery to 3%, I've been putting non Amex spend there.
The first thing the rep said to me was "Wow you actually do use the card." Lol. He went straight to checking offers for me but the only offer available was $95 statement credit + 1000 TYP after spending $1k per month for 3 months. I was hoping for 5k TYP after 1k spend. Not sure if he was holding back from me since he said "based on your spending, you shouldn't have problem at all"
I accepted the offer.
