Yes your options are

- if your flights are not cancelled, you can cancel under normal reward rules any point up to 24 hours before and get everything back minus the £35 per person cancellation fee which is debited from the taxes/fees/charges, you need to call to do this
- if a flight is cancelled you can get a full refund and pay no fees, you need to call to do this too
