Can I cancel Avios booking for a refund?
Hi

In the pre-Covid world, I booked a family holiday for October using Avios

Due to the on-going crisis, we have decided that we dont want to travel. I am happy to forfeit the £35 or so for cancelling the booking, but the cancellation option under "Manage my booking" only offers a flight voucher and BA aren't answering on the phone number given (0800727800)

How can I cancel my booking and get my Avios recreditted to my account?
