I assure you that my hands had no signs of visible dirt or germs on them. As for SA_robert's requests - I will certainly update when I hear back. To date, I have contacted via snail mail McDonald's, US Air (because it's their hub - though I don't expect them to say/do anything), & Kent George (ACAA Director). I have contacted via e-mail & through web posting forms the a local PIT newspaper & an FT'er friendly reporter for the Washington Post, McDonald's, Jim Moran (my congressman), Dan Onorato (Allegheny County Exec). I have contacted McDonald's & BAA by telephone & via e-mail. So far, no one has responded. I imagine it'll take a few days for any response to happen. McDonald's send they'd send the franchise company the complaint over the phone & at BAA, a receptionist took my complaint down as the people I'd need to talk to were out to lunch, but they haven't gotten back in touch with me.
