Went through some dates on this, the best I could find before tax was ~$2200 (about 2800-2900 after). That includes his dummy booking example. I imagine rates may have changed in the last couple days. That or maybe you have to log in to TMobile to see lower rates? $2900 isn't too shabby though for that room +half board. I almost splurged and spent that on a single night at the Sunset Water Villa over at the Conrad (the better of the two of them was booked though).
