Made an Uber Eats order last night and it didn't pull from my Amex Uber credits. I'm dealing with Uber CS now (a nightmare), but meanwhile I'm trying to roll the credits over by requesting an Uber, waiting until it's assigned to a driver, then canceling. It partially worked yesterday (not sure why it didn't utilize the entire amount), but hasn't worked on the 5+ tries since. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
