After reading about all these refund/no refund issues here in Flyertalk and in various online, print and tv publications as well as what happened to both my brother and my friend concerning cancelled flights/refunds over the past 4 months I really find it hard to trust Air Canada. And quite frankly I'm amazed that any consumer would trust them from here on out. As for Transport Canada, our un-esteemed Minister of Transport and our various governmental bodies dealing with air industry and consumer affairs, it should be obvious to anybody that they too are not to be trusted to lookout for the wellbeing of the average Canadian traveller. Corpirate shills all!
