Uber support continues to be amazingly terrible. I was planning to use my July credits yesterday but instead they were expired at 10:54 AM. What a useless benefit.
I've had to call Amex a few times about the credit and VIP status. Each time Amex gives me a $15 goodwill credit on my bill.
Uber support is epic bad. You may notice that there is an AI email responder they have been using. I reply each time CAN A HUMAN PLEASE READ THIS!!! with partial success.
