Did you seek consent from AC/permission from DOT prior to filing your addendum, or did you just file it? I feel like I remember seeing something...somewhere about needing to ask.
It was mentioned earlier in this thread about being a common practice but not necessarily a legal requirement, but I did request and receive consent from AC's counsel first.
