It appears this feature as been disabled. No idea why as it isn’t really something impacted by COVID. I’ve checked about a dozen properties in all areas and can’t find a single one with this feature. (I only used the WOH App, maybe someone can check on a desktop to see if it’s disabled there).
I was trying to book 2 Nights using Certificates and the 3rd a Revenue Stay, so the Pay My Way would be helpful. I can always call, but I thought this feature was developed for this reason.
I recall seeing it in May, didn’t pay any attention in June/July which I guess it disappeared at some point.
