PG used to once upon a time as we all know and some of us lament, but has since exercised its technically-within bounds rule as a Luxury Collection property to not provide access to elites.
I wasn't aware that Luxury Collection properties did not have to provide Club Lounge access (or elite benefits) to Marriott elites, the Royal Hawaiian's Club Lounge has always provided access to me as a Platinum, not to mention free breakfast in the restaurant.
